This notice describes the registration flow currently implemented on this website. Organisational identity details, the dedicated privacy contact, service-provider schedule and formal retention rules remain TBD; this is not yet a final compliance notice.
Information the registration form collects
The form asks for the student’s name and year or grade; the parent or guardian’s name, phone number and email address; country; subjects of interest; learning goals; and optional dietary or allergy information. It also records when contact consent was given.
Why Isikolo uses it
The information is used to review the application, contact the parent or guardian, recommend subject support, administer the application, and plan suitable snacks where dietary information is supplied. It should not be entered for an unrelated purpose.
Storage and access
Registration details are submitted to Isikolo’s configured hosted database and made available through a restricted staff application-review workspace. The final list of service providers, hosting locations, international-transfer safeguards and approved staff access roles is still to be documented and verified.
Retention
TBD: Isikolo has not yet published an approved fixed retention period for pending, approved or declined applications. Until that schedule is approved, this notice should not be read as a promise that a record will be kept for a particular period.
Requests and contact
To ask about access, correction, deletion or future contact preferences, use the direct Isikolo contact channel through which you were referred. A dedicated privacy contact and verified response procedure are TBD. Some requests may depend on applicable legal or safeguarding requirements.
Students and guardians
A parent or guardian should complete the registration form for a learner who cannot provide valid consent on their own. Do not include more medical or personal detail than Isikolo needs to assess support and snack arrangements.
